+ What utilities are paid by the tenant?

All utiliites are paid by the tenant.

+ Do your properties have washer machine and dryer?

This depends on the property.

+ Do you take pets?

Every property has different rules. There are some that we allow for pets and others that we don’t. If we do allow them, there is an additional pet deposit and a higher monthly rental rate.

+ How long are your leases?

Typically no less than 12 months but we will also do longer term.

+ Who is responsible for grass cutting and outside maintenance?

This is also property by property. We have some properties that we are taking care of outside maintenance and some that the tenants are required.

+ Are you part of a large company

No Steve and Teresa are the sole owners of Community First Properties. They have raised their children in Cincinnati and live in Cincinnati as well.

+ Who do I call if something goes wrong?

+ Do you do background and credit checks on your applicants?

Yes as part of the application process we will run a credit report and background checks as well as verify employment and talk to former landlords.
