We are a Real Estate investment company making a difference in our city by putting money into our own backyard (Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio). We provide safe and beautiful rental homes and apartments with a focus on attentive and proactive service and maintenance.
Our Story
Steve spent 30 years working with a wealth manager in Cincinnati and was always attracted to real estate investment opportunities. When he left his day-job to start the next season of his life, he took the chance to bring both his investment knowledge and relational approach to the property management world.
The Community First mission has always been to create beautiful homes, but we’re only able to make that dream a reality with the help of Steve’s wife, Teresa. A unique eye for design, Teresa was already busy running her own bridal gown company called, Renee Grace Bridal but she jumped at the opportunity to put her skillset to work in serving their renters and investing in our city. With her help, we have now renovated many properties and aren’t slowing down any time soon.
Our Family
The Cincinnati community is important to us because it’s where our family calls home. Steve and Teresa have three grown children. Shiloh helps others realize their potential as a full-time CrossFit coach and gave Steve and Teresa their first grandchild, a beautiful baby boy named Will. Rachel invests in our community with her Masters in Counseling, while Zac uses his creative abilities as a designer, videographer and musician. In 2019, Zac married the love of his life, Kearstin, who is a charming and wonderful member of our family.
